THE BRAIN OF THE SYSTEM
A software conceived, designed and made "to measure", allows us to get the best performance of the automation system. Designing the "software on measure" means implementing what we call the "brain of the system" in according to the roles that they will have to accomplish. If the "brain" is too powerful for the performance of the system employed, these will not increase because it can't be exploited by the system itself, increasing the costs, contrarily, if the "brain" has little capacity, the system will suffer in terms of performance or not working as expected.
Therefore, it's essential for every designer / system integrator, by sizing properly the "brain" of the system to avoid unnecessary costs or poor performance.
Based on this principle, JTech creates customized software by using the more congenial equipments to the system that will be automated, choosing to use different programming languages.
The programming languages we use are:
PROGRAMMING OF PLC - HMI - PANEL PC - CNC
Programming languages according to IEC 61131-3
- Ladder (LD)
- Sequential Function Chart (SFC)
- Instruction List (IL)
- Function Block Diagram (FBD)
- Structured Test (ST)
According to other programming languages such as:
- C/C++/visual C++
- Basic/Visual Basic
- Codesys 2/Codesys 3
- LabView
- GP-Pro-Ex (for Proface Systems)
- Galileo (for Eaton HMI)
- Proteus (for Syel systems)
- Sypt Pro (for Control techniques Drivers)
Programming of various types of equipment such as:
- Siemens Programming
- Telemecanique/Schneider Programming
- Eaton Programming
